Aren't the workers responsible for all of the airplanes that are literally falling apart while in the air?

2

Don't be hysterical, xina dear. Airplanes are not "falling out of the sky", and the problems Boeing has been having have everything to do with poor quality control and horrid management.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. The company has enough problems without being cheap.

3

I just hope the math equation here doesn't push production outside of the Puget Sound region. Union leadership may be more acutely aware than rank and file.

after heavily reinvesting
in Themselves did Boeing
and its Board give a Thought
to putting Stakeholders on their Board?

or is that just too
Much to ask from an
unaccountable Capitalist's pov?

to Hell with
the Citizenry.
& how DARE they?

How far has Boeing slipped? I remember when SPEEA went on strike years ago. Some engineers fitted chimnys to the burn barrels. To increase efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and improve radiated heat. It seems they have gone back to open barrels.

@2 I did not say they were falling out of the sky. I said they were falling apart while in the air (which is what is happening when doors and other pieces of planes are falling off the plane while the plane is in flight). Anyone with a conscience who works for Boeing would have quit. Period. Full stop. Workers deserve a living wage, absolutely. People who get into an airplane that Boeing put out into the world as functional and safe deserve that to be true. Why this company is still allowed to make and sell airplanes is confounding.

"Why this company

Boeing cashed in all the "capital"
they'd banked back when Engineers
ran the thing and ran it well, not right
into the ground at 600 miles per hour
so the FAA suffering budget Cuts under
right-wing or corporate Democratic over-
sight allowed Boeing to convince them that
Boeing could police Themselves just as well as
the FAA. but it was merely chicanery a Ruse to let
Boeing cheat the Stakeholders whilst they Reinvested
Boeing's tens of Billions Back into Shareholders' & mgmt's

awesome Portfolios. they're still flying
because the rightwing's Stranglehold
over most of our Government allows
them to. so until Boeing puts a few
Stakeholders on its board of direct-
ors expect parts to fly off midflight
and its space capsules to function
about as 'well' as anything Can
under totalitarian profiteering
reichwing/Corporate Control.
