@1, super agree, the 2am to 6am rule is irrelevant to public safety, if anything encourages people to consume more before the witching hour, sort of speak. also, exposes service industry workers to excessive risk from LCB agents. who the fuck cares if someone is drinking after 2am. what if a worker, say, a responsible bartender whom did not drink their entire shift (lol) wanted to have a drink after work? sorry. this antiquated law does not allow that to happen. dumb.
