The expansion of bike culture in Seattle means a healthier Seattle (assuming the bikers don’t get run over, of course)!

Grab your bike.
Call all your friends.
Don't forget your "Critical Mass" signs, posters, and T-shirts.
Then go out and block traffic.

That'll help everybody get to work.
