I saw Macklemore open for Kool Keith at Chop Suey way before he blew up. He was so good! I wanted to buy a CD but they packed up the merch before the show was over. So I ordered one from his website. It never came. I sent an email, no response. Eventually I emailed Macklemore personally to ask about it. I told him how great the show was and that I was a big fan and ordered the CD weeks ago, etc...

He gave a one sentence response along the lines of, "I don't deal with the merch". That was it. Thanks jerk!
