There have been bands called "Nashville Pussy", "Pussy Galore", "Cat Butt", "Pussy Riot", "Pink", "Flaming Lips", "The Slits", "The Sex Pistols".
Seems the man objection to this band is the use of the word "Black", although "Black Pussy" simply means "Black Cat". If you construe anything else, you have the dirty mind, right?Everyone is right! The band name is trying to be offensive while pretending to be innocent, so the hipsters are right. The name is just an edgy rock-n-roll name, so get over it, so the band is right! The club owners are as dumb as all club owners and cancelled a money opportunity, so they are right, too!
The BEST solution is to put all these wound up little children in the same room with booze and rock-n-roll and let them fight it to the death. Everyone wins!

That being said, if they were to change their name there's still a good chance that the leftists would find another reason to call them out. In my experience the more you express care for social justice issues the greater your risk of being called out for some transgression.
