You seem to be under the mistaken assumption that "no" means none. In this context "no" means "any." I have no idea what your objection to Kleenex's "Ain't You" is. "Ain't" could mean "is not", which works just fine here and in the Bill Withers title.
Good songs. But what about "Ain't No Woman (Like the One I Got)"? Not the best tune by the Four Tops, but still pretty good and a fine example of poetic license when it comes to song writing.
